JIT: Just In Time
“Just in time” is a management philosophy and not a technique”.
It originally referred to the production of goods to meet customer demand exactly in the time, quality & quantity whether the customer is the final purchaser of the product or another process further along the production line.
JIT का Basically यही मतलब हैं जब जिस चीज की जरूरत हो तब वो चीज होनी चाहिए ना पहले ना बाद में accurate time पर available.
Even smaller retailers can take advantage of the JIT method to streamline the delivery process.
for example, a company that markets office furniture but does not manufacture it may order the furniture from the manufacturer only when a customer makes a purchase. The manufacturer delivers it directly to the customer.
